Terms & conditions

These are the rules that apply to all Holiday You competitions. There may also be rules special terms which are relevant to individual competitions; this will appear as a separate link on the relevant competition.

• Holiday You is owned and operated by Attinger Jack Interactive Ltd, River House, 4th Floor, 143-145 Farringdon Road, London, EC1R 3AB
• Holiday You is a UK site and all competitions are open to EU residents aged 18 or over.
• Holiday You prize draws may be promoted over several different websites at the same time.
• Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted in any one calendar month unless otherwise stated.
• All prizes draws are handled by Holiday You clients and competition partners, winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone unless otherwise stated in the special terms. Winners are selected at random by each client.
• All prizes are subject to availability should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted at Acitveyou’s sole discretion.
• Entrants agree that by entering a competition their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Holiday You for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing and sending offers and other information. Holiday You may also pass entrants details to selected third parties to use for the same purposes, but always strictly in line with its privacy policy and any opt in boxes that entrants have ticked. Please read the privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.
• By registering with Holiday You and entering a competition each visitor is opting in to receive offers from Holiday You & Holiday You partners. Such offers will be sent only by Holiday You, its partners or its clients.
• Holiday You is registered with the Data Protection Act and only engages in 100% opt-in permission marketing.

• As a condition of your entry into any competition, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry
